My role

Establishing a new brand identity

Formerly known as BehaviorFlip, the company was in need of a rebrand that embraced positivity and community connections. The new hand logo, representing a high five, is the anchor of the brand. Illustrations and playful iconography are included to create moments of delight for teachers and students.

2.

Optimizing how teachers track behaviors

Through testing, we discovered a majority of teachers were not engaging with the existing web-app. The focus immediately shifted to a mobile first approach for a more intuitive and less time consuming experience.

3.

Creating new standards within classrooms

A web-app was designed to function as a restorative companion that shows school administrators the most relevant behavior information. The information is populated in the school dashboard to provide quick insights and suggestions on areas of improvement.
